Another small finish - this is a card I stitched for Mother's Day last week, just hadn't got round to posting it:

This is a Beatrix Potter kit of Hunca Munca:
I think she turned out OK, but the backstitch was a nightmare! I don't really mind backstitch, it's nice seeing it transform a design, but the chart was very hard to follow. Thick lines that obscured the symbols below (there was a separate chart for just the cross stitches so it was only a problem for trying to find my place), and it made it nearly impossible to see where the stitches were supposed to go. I had to follow the photo on the cover to do the whiskers I was so fed up by the end!
