I'll be taking a short break from the Christmas ABC series to stitch up a single ornament that I finally recieved the fabric for. Just finished these:

Just put the finishing touch on this one, which is a companion to the mouse I stitched before Christmas...
It's from the 1999 JCS Christmas Ornament issue, stitched on 36ct Edinburgh linen Sapphire Sky blue, 2 over 2, except for the eye area.

All this rain is affecting my brain - I thought I had posted a reply but it seems I didn't.
Love this part 2 of your mouse story and especially the eye detail - it really stands out so well. I admire your lovely neat stitching too. Great work.
