Sorry about the hiccup -- but the silks are likely to be so much better to work with than the satins!

Ok! I'm back on track. Well, with Bramble & Rose at least. I am so, so happy that I started over. This looks much better.
Little closer look:
I'm using Victoria Clayton's Dark Wisteria silk variegated premium threads.
I discovered a lovely local cross stitch store, and I, of course, ended up buying stuff. I got 2 more Ink Circles patterns.

While I was waiting for threads to show up, I started Rosetta. It will basically look like this:
First progress pic:
I'm stitching it 1 over 1 on 28 count linen, and using Carrie's Creation jelly fish silk floss.

Both of these are beautiful and those threads are amazing. I didn't know there were so many different makes of threads. will have to watch myself or I will overspend big time.
Great stitching and great choices of threads and fabric

Great restart! Love the HDF you've chosen for Bramble and the Rose - must be sooooooo much nicer stitching with that than the

satins! That Jelly Fish thread is somthing else - gorgeous colours! Look forward to seeing your progress on your Ink Circles designs (one day I might get around to starting one myself!)

Ink Circles patterns are fun aren't they!
Yes! I absolutely love them! And I love working with variegated threads.
Normally I would have went with a more subtle color on Rosetta, but I decided to go bright and bold. I'm doing that one for my brother, who's gay, so it works out well.
Thanks for all the lovely comments!
