What a beautiful chart could you let me know where you got it from as I would love to do this one

Lorna, this chart is from a very addictive website called HAED which stands for Heaven and Earth Designs and is one of some amazing charts derived from the artwork of Randal Spangler. There are quite a few HAED charts that forum members are working on. Just take a peek through the Stitch-A-Long section and you will see many of them. You can either purchase a chart and download it to your computer or you can choose to have it sent snail mail. I had the first one sent through the mail, but now download charts I purchase. Its very easy. Some HAED charts are also available from online cross stitch suppliers, but I've never used any and I would guess it is somewhat more limited. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Someone will be glad to answer.

I was only going to work on this for 10 - 15 hrs. 50 hrs or so later I had done quite a bit. Laverne really likes this design and was in my lap most of the time. She doesn't do this with Tabbies as much and I don't know why and think I don't want to know why.

She helped now and then with marking the chart

and periodically thought I should be stitching her and not the chart (She isn't the easiest kitty to move either)

I was really motivated to get a kitty face on this one so stuck with it until another project started whining loudly at me.

I love the kitty face (both stitched and Laverne's)! I can't make myself stop at ten hours or really any hour if it's calling to me to finish some goal so I know the feeling of having to get to ____ part
