Thank you everyone for your kind words and encouragement. Cayenne, I thought someone was doing this design. Did you have a thread? I looked for one but couldn't find it since I was curious. Yes, it does make me feel happy stitching this because the colors are so cheerful. I'm doing this and another one as gifts (eventually) so I think I will increase the number of times that these come up in my rotation. The other one is a full size so its going to take a long time. It (Dancing with the Cat) will be my next post as I'm working on it now.

Its a fabulous design! Poor Laverne I know how she feels I'm always exhausted after kitting up a new project!

I worked on this one for a long time this rotation. Over 2 weeks. Every time I thought that's it for now, I saw another block of color that "needed" to be done. It was a good chart to be stitching while recuperating since there was almost no confetti (and it is an HAED chart) on this part of page 1. What is left looks to be more confetti-ish. I'm ready to move on now, but this will be back soon, as I've decided to rotate the charts I am planning as gifts into the rotation more often so they have a chance of getting finished.
Laverne, as usual helped me out. She seems to like the pirate cat very much.

But most of the time seemed bored. Not enough confetti for her?

I hope this doesn't give Laverne and Shirley aspirations to be pirates. They may be working their way up to mutiny and hijack your project!
