Ooooh Debby fantastic kits can't wait to see you start them! The Gorjuss ones are discontinued now so will get harder to find.

On a side note my Lowery stand arrived yesterday whilst I was at work so half 10 last night I was busy setting it up before bed  will post a photo once the daylight is better! Still dark here until half 8/9 o'clock!

Ooohhhh Debby, you will really enjoy stitching New Beginnings, he is such a character, I know I did :D
Will you give him a name?

Nicola, how exciting your Lowery has arrived, the footplate should sit nicely under your new chair, many years ago when I received mine for a Christmas gift, my DS had assembled it then wrapped the whole thing up in wrapping paper complete with a bow! (it was complete with the light bracket and magnetic chart holder) it was a sight to behold
Can't wait to see your set up all complete :whoop:

That certainly looks like the ideal stitchy corner Nicola and you have already made very good use of it. Was it as good as you hoped for or better?

I didn’t know that. Does that mean I should shop for the ones I don’t know I need? :-)

OK, new sidetrack (inspired by Serinde's post) - early birthday present from her ladyship.
I just love these miniature etui - spoilt for choice, there's so much new info in there, and all the interfacing/padding etc is new ground for me.

I have purchased three new kits in the space of two days!

The first I couldn't pass up as I'd been thinking of getting it for a while. I saw a post on Facebook by the page Wrendale Designs Supplied by Blooms and they are doing an offer if you buy either the Koala mug or Koala cross stitch kit all profits will go to helping with the horrible and devastating bush fires in Australia! Also you can buy any Wrendale kit and £5 will go to the cause too. Please check out their page on Facebook if you're interested and every little helps! ;)

Image

And I had a coupon from Hrisi's Art Shops so I've been browsing their website and bought two beautiful rose kits as I just adore my flowers! The first is called 'For my Darling' and the second is 'Aromas of Rose'. I'm going to be VERY busy this year :ratherbe: (wish this smiley said 'I need more time to stitch!') @rotfl:
