Where did I go wrong. Since coming back I have had aproblem putting update in a post. I can deal with the post image bit but either I am suffer from lockdown brain fog (I have been in for 11weeks now) or it is old age memory loss but I can’t remember how . It took 4 attempts of last one and ended up putting it in twice. HELP

Do you mean changing the date of the update in the title? If so, go to your very first post and select it with the pencil icon (as you would if you were going to change something in an individual post). Then select the date in the Subject box and change it. Then submit the change. That should do it.

Once you've done that, every new post in the thread should show the updated date.

If you mean just adding a post to your thread, you simply select Post Reply in the little box at the bottom left. This opens a window in which you can type. Add your photo (I always check by clicking on Preview because I never copy the right URL the first time!) and anything you want to say, and then click submit. That ought to do it.

Finished all the back stitching on the parasols . Now I have started the roof of the carousel.

It is looking lovely and neat.
What a good idea to backstitch as you go along.

Back stitch takes time and care but it does make a big difference once done. You are going well with the b/son this lovely design.

What really stands out from the photos to me is how beautifully neat your stitching is. So even & exactly the same tension in each, amazing technical skill. Wish I could do that myself.

You're making good progress too.

At last I have done it. This is half of the horses and people. Just 4 horses and 9 people to go.
Sometimes I look at the pattern and slightly panic at how much I still have to do.Then I think every stitch I do is one less
