I'm just about half way, so about on track for where I was planning to be. Maybe 100-150 stitches behind, but not sure it's that much.

Sounds like this house: we are looking forward to 3 birthdays and Thanksgiving in less than a fortnight. (Bad planning...)

And now it's in the post!
I thought I'd try to get it out of Scotland before all the sewers back up and we all drown -- it has rained for TWO SOLID MONTHS (except on Wednesday). So far we've had 93mm of rain in November (nearly 4inches); in October, we had 8.5 inches. I know it's the Wet West, but, OMG.

You beat me to it! Mine will be in the mail today. Unless I do what I did Tuesday, leaving it on the counter when I went out to do a bunch of errands. It's kind of been that kind of week

Mailed my card today. It took a while because the system couldn’t take it until we switched it from Scotland to United Kingdom. Might have been because I went to a Mail/Postal store instead of the USPO. The card still goes via USPO and costs the same so maybe the problem was with their system. Hope the card gets you to you, Wendy

Busily stitching away. I think I could well be a little ahead of schedule now, which is just as well, sounds as if there may be some postal strikes later in the month. The industry is loosing business, so it's a fantastic idea to make it less reliable for their remaining customers... Well done Baldric, a really cunning plan, that one.

I can't remember what's been agreed with card swaps. I know that Stashmas Day was always a set date.

I just looked back at what we did last year which I think makes sense for this year too unless as a group y'all want to do it differently. We opened the cards as they were received. Given how unpredictable the mail can be (at least on this side of the big pond) it could be difficult to wait until we all get our cards. Other opinions?

I think I have to get to work.
Stitching is done. I started making the card, but got a bit stuck on what to do. Now I’ve decided…I just need to get back to cutting, printing, and putting it together.
I don’t recall any discussion on when to open. I’d be fine with people opening whenever they get them… it spreads out when we get to enjoy seeing them all.

The last stitch went in this morning while watching F1 qualifying, with four day to spare. (My time frame was shorter because I am traveling as of Thursday.) My plan is to hit the post office after work Monday.
