Sorry guys - its on aida 18ct and is 14" x 14". It uses an AWFUL lot of metallic thread as well which will be a first for me, so fingers crossed!! Have heard alot of horror stories on here!
I have made a start, but its not alot so won't post a picture just yet, but hope to work on it tomorrow so will have something more to show.
BTW, how GREAT are the Chrimbo smilies!!!!

After using the light effects/metallics threads in my Wishing Star I thoroughly recommend plenty of Thread Heaven or similar. Also, I've found storing them a real pain as they tend to separate so I've found it easier to tape the ends together with really low-tack masking tape.

Don't worry about metallics, I love them
Just dont use them too long and you kind of get to see how they are behaving as you go along.
They are a total pain to frog though for sure.
