This is beautiful! How are you managing with the chart? As with my Mystic Stitch I'm finding it a bit like a wordsearch with the symbols all being numbers & letters & things! :(

So far, it's going ok. I'm doing a single 20x20 grid to start, and I'm finishing off the confetti stitches now. I've made a photocopy of the pattern so that I can mark it up - but mostly I've been looking for matching symbols by eye. It is a little slow going, but I don't have much experience to gauge how fast I should be going =)

I tried to figure out how long it would take me to finish at my current rate, I'm guessing 7x10 sets of 20x20 grids (140 x 200), if I can do one every 2 weeks, it'll take me over two and a half years. That's a little discouraging =)

I bet it would go faster if I wasn't working full time ;)

Its a gorgeous design your stitching :applesauce: but to be honest I couldnt cope with the charts they sell and its a shame as they have so many beautiful designs. I need to see symbols.

Don't get discouraged. We all think it would be great to stitch all day everyday, but on past experiance some days seem to go better than others and the work load is different.

Keep :) and you will get there.

This is lovely and the colours are so vibrant! You've made a good start, well done!

As others have said, it doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you enjoy doing it and you've got all of us to encourage you along the way!

This is really lovely, such gorgeous colours. I must admit I have started a mystic stitch and I am struggling with the chart but I have just excepted that it is an ongoing project and I am stitching other things in between time, it will possibly take me 20 years to finish  but so what :D

I' m doing a Mystic stitch and found it easier on the eyes to photo copy the working chart up to the next size and highlight the symbol your sewing ,then pencil over when sewn, then repeat with next symbol.Hope to see more.

Yeah, xstitching gets awhile longer when we have a full time work....but don't worry just bear in mind that it'll still be finished- no matter what! Happy stitching!
