I know how you feel, my HAED got put into my UFO pile because of the same reason. But as this is a present for your Mum, hopefully it will give you the motivation to keep going. It's a lovely project and I'm sure she'll love it.

It's a lovely design and can sympathise about the boring bit - just wait till you get to the cherries though, you may yet be looking back at the tans with fondness

Just a small update today. I'm almost finished with page 1, but. . . I'm just so excited because I've finally escaped the monotony of 10 different colors of tan. I finally reached the first flower.

There's TONS of confetti stitching, so progress is slowing down some, but it's still much more enjoyable because it's actually interesting to stitch.
