These are really nice Daz and the shading just adds so much to the colour and look of the rose. Really looks so pretty.

Beautiful patterns Dazbo, I saw them when I was looking for my next project. Will be great to follow your progress. Will you be framing them together or seperately?

WOW these are beautiful, I'm picturing what they'll all look like stitched and hanging up together! Now if only I had loads more time and a much bigger house to hang framed pieces... lol

What a beautiful set of flowers. Just love the apricot rose and will be interested to see the yellow one when you have finished it.

I am trying not to look at the Celtic Rose web site but it is getting harder and harder not to.

Many thanks for all the support and constructive comments!!

@ benceagi, yes I have diverse tastes. I like to try different subjects and experiences etc. I think there's a saying about variety being the spice of life ? I also have a number of family members that appreciate the projects that I do, and they often suggest subjects that they may like to see...
As for the shading, I think there's something like 12-15 shades of yellow (so far), plus a number of creams and off-whites.

@ Dammetje, I'm still not 100% sure if I'll be stitching all 4 designs yet, but will definately be putting the finished projects in separate frames. My other half has said that there's already an area ready for them to be grouped together on our dining room wall. LOL

@ lizthebob, I'm open to any queries and questions - I'm more than happy to give my answers and opinion to anyone wanting to hear it...

@ Squirrel, I know what you mean about the Celtic Rose site. My main objective while I'm stitching these designs is to avoid going back to the site until these ones are finished... because I just know I'm likely to get tempted by some other designs on there. (To be honest I already have another design in mind for my wish list but I've purposely avoided checking the price and availability, because I'm so easily distracted by the new eye candy).
