Most of Santa is now finished and I am on to the stars around him. I decided to bead around some of the stars that should just have had a darker tangerine floss. I am planning to replace all of the french knots and confetti stiches with beads as I really don't fancy trying french knots with blending filament! Think the beading makes it a bit more special as well. Here is the latest progress.


The tacking stitches around the outline are to get the shape of the stocking rather than cutting from a template. I did it at this stage to give me an acurate count when placing the stars.
