Well, here is my pic, it doesnt look very exciting does it lol. This is around 1000 stitches of black, I had to have a lot of mini breaks from it yesterday as stitching just black is quite boring, so i read a chapter of a book for uni everytime I got fed up of black, and I alternated all day.

So here is the blob of black:

Ah, but I see some colour as well!

I was going to say that as well. I spy some colour creeping in and even in the black you'll get the golden rays soon as well.

Anyhow, it's looking fabulous! Well done on such a great start.

I felt the same way with my HAED.. it had almost a whole page of a little 939 and a looot of 820.... I never thought getting to switch to a different blue even for a little while would be exciting haha

I'm really excited about how the bit of colour will look when its blended in with the black, I suppose stitching a HAED is all about the small milestones, and it would be far too daunting for me if I didnt celebrate each small achievement, so my next milestone: finish page one!

Her face appears in page 3 which I cant wait to get to! I have decided to set myself up with a small rotation to keep things interesting. So I shall be rotating one page on each of Pandora and Envy (Dahlig) which I will kit up mid january, but for now, I'm going to try to complete a lot of this black!

Good progress Just keep going.

HAEDs + Rotations = Sanity!! They are just too daunting to stick to one at a time. At least in my opinion/experience. Great job so far! It's coming along great!
