Peter Rabbit is just about done now - just a little more backstitch to go. The backstitch is quite frustrating though, almost every stitch, I'm having to pierce the fabric to follow the chart.

It might be frustrating but well worth it. It looks fantastic.
Years ago I did a complete set of Beatrix Potter characters in an alphabet and my mum then made it into a cot quilt. It has now been turned into a wall hanging and still hangs on the wall in my ex husbands and boys' house. That is 15 years on!

It's Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail all holding paws - you can just see two of them beginning to take shape and since I took that photo, I've also got the mid brown colour on the third one done.Lisa wrote:![]()
