That's lovely Kell. I do like the idea of having your name and the date on each of them too. It'll be fun keeping up with this thread. :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

It's biscornu week again and I've started stitching. This time I'm using one of my own designs - Starburst Blackwork which is on my blog in my sig. :)

Thanks. :) The Celtic ones are just very, very simple ones, but I plan to try some more complicated ones at some point too.

Anyway, for this month, I'm stitching the Starburst Blackwork in turquoise on 18-count ecru aida. I stitched the very centre this morning and I'm enjoying it so far. I'm quite chuffed with this design. :)

Horrid old Mr Frog came to visit me tonight. I stitched for an hour and a half then realised I was one stitch out all around and had to unpick everything I had just stitched, which took about 25-30 minutes. I managed to restitch a tiny section though (another 45 mintues stitching time). So now I'm knackered and going to bed. Hopefully Mr Frog is now banished from my home and tomorrow will be a better stitching day!

Well, it's taken me pretty much all week, but I've finally finished stitching the front of my February biscornu. Now I've just got todo the back (which will be far less decorative, thank fully!) and stitch everything together.

It's the Starburst Blackwork Biscornu design which I designed myself.
