Why not enough?

I have had this problem a few times with Dimensions kits - but on contacting them they have sent out additional thread required pretty quickly. It is frustrating though.

I have run out of at least one colour in my Tiger design, it is the first time this has ever happened to me and I know for sure I have more than I need of a couple of other colours in this kit. I will contact Dimensions when I am sure there are no other colours I am going to run out of.
