Thankyou ladies!

I'm plodding along trying to get page one finished fully now, I'm jst so looking forward to getting to her hair which is on page 3. But the stitching the background is interesting as it isn't just a colour background and it has some detail in it.

I started Queen of Hearts a few years back and hated stitching it even though I loved the artwork. I just couldnt get through all the background, but with this one as there is trees and pillars, I think i can do it!

Yes I am not so keen on gluttony but it's part of the set so I got it anyway. Envy is one of my favourites. You have made a good start with this one. The greens are beautiful.
I am going to do wrath first :D

OH YES! Someone is stitching envy! I am so jealous because I can't wait to stitching this one. I have all seven as well and am currently stitching wrath (on page 8). You must have bought the large format if you have 56 pages...which is what I have! This is looking great so far! :applesauce:

Ooh must go take a look at your Wrath :) Yep Envy is the large format version. It is so tempting to start another 'sin' when you have the full collection isn't it?! Lust is tempting me at the moment, if I could successfully rotate pieces, she'd be a lovely contrast to stitching all the green in Envy!

I gave up totally on queen of hearts, I got quite far along with her but just couldnt stitch her anymore as I hated all the background. I got the first row of pages complete but abandoned it completely and in a moment of madness got rid of her (it felt very liberating at the time lol) I much prefer the HAEDs with more detailed backgrounds.

I'm stitching Envy on 25 count cream lugana and doing half cross stitch. I really like 25 count, but couldn't stitch on anything like 28 ct or higher, I have no idea how people do that!

This is coming along great, such lovely - and I think quite unusual - shades of green! :applesauce:

As you probably know I finished Queen of Hearts, and looking back now I don't know how I did it just working on that one project for a year!! Now I like my rotation so much as it gives me a change each time a page is finished, I think that's what I'd recommend to get background pages done, couldn't do them all at once, don't know how I did it!
