Hope you get it sorted Nettie. Have to say I loved the forest friends design, but I'm sure the Beatrix potter will look great as well.

This is the three hours I managed last night once I had sorted it out and another three hours this evening. This is most of the letter done but I doubt the character will be so quick to stitch but I am encouraged by how quickly the letters will stitch.
I am hoping to do a second baby piece this year as I have two people to stitch for and there due dates are 6 days apart and then a family wedding next year. For the second baby piece I am hoping to pick out some letters from the same alphabet and make another afghan as I have a piece of material that I was going to use original but is not big enough for the whole alphabet.
