It's Sunday on the Island of La Grand Jatte - nothing like jumping in at the deep end

I'm hoping to start in March. I'm frantically finishing an afghan for 5th March for a friend and after that it's my SQ project.
I went on their site and saw the one you're going to do. It is a beautiul scene!

I'm a bobbins in a box girl as well.
For my haed, the threads are all sitting waiting in a box in numerical order.
When I've done smaller projects I've got a few small bobbin boxes and so put the threads with my scissors and pencil etc in one of them.
I like Daz's idea of putting a small project bobbins on a craft ring. I think that would be easy to transport.

Well im the weird one here I think. I have a match box car case that is two sided, It holds the entire dmc set. When I need a color I just pull the bobbin out to use which is alright since I do an entire color on a page or half page before I switch and if I want to take it somewhere with me then I throw whatever color i need and maybe one or two more also. I carry around a plastic pencil box that has my hiliters, scissors, needles, and the colors im using in it. I then have a duffel bag that is too small to carry anything in and I have all the extra floss in floss away bags on rings in order by number so when I need to refill a bobbin i take from there and then if that is the last one or i only have one left then i put that number on a list so the next time im at the store I just pick it up.
At one time I had tried tons of different ways and this one works well for me.
