Had two wins on ebay this week and they have both arrived.

Won all this in one batch for less than £3. I was only looking for a hoop this size so feel I've got a real bargain.
The other thing was New Ideas - Rainbow from the DMC Home Decor collection. It has some lovely colours and beads in it.

Pengwenn wrote:I got the leaflet I won on ebay for a Teresa Wentzler design called millennium. It's a discontinued pattern. What I didn't realize until I had it in hand and could read the chart is that it's worked on 28 count over two except for some places where it's over 1. I don't know how well I'll be able to see a 28ct fabric and the pattern doesn't make it any easier to convert it to something else. Oh well. It's not like this is the only pattern I have to work on so it might be awhile before I attempt it.

i wish i would've know you wanted this..i have one..up on ebay now..i woul'dve sent it to you free!! :( sorry

I got a selection of Madeira silks and a thread cutter from CrossStitcher, apparently my letter is being published! (I sent them a picture of my "stitch in time" sampler, a month or so ago.) I was just looking at buying a thread cutter yesterday, really glad I didn't!

Also, money from bert for charts :) Good day, all told :)

nothing stitchy, but exciting nonetheless

I got a pull bow for the post box for the wedding (for all the cards to go into so I dont lose them)

and some mini poem cards asking (polietly) for money as we only really need a hoover, a kettle and a chip pan but they are expensive (we want a dyson, the kettle isthis one and the fryer is this one so too expensive to ask as gifts, so we gonna collect all the money and but them that way :D )
