This one was wrapped up for Christmas as well. OH had seen the dragon himself before as he chose the design and watched some of my work on it. Then a couple of months before Christmas he suddenly remembered it and asked when I was going to get it framed. I vaguely said, "Oh, when I have some spare cash," and fortunately he dropped the subject - dragon had already gone to the framer's at that point!

Anyway, OH loved the finished picture in its frame and has hung this one in the bedroom in his new house and the other dragon I gave him a year ago at Christmas in his living room.

Sounds like everything worked out great! I'm glad he likes it.
