Trylla, I think someone mentioned having two copies of the chart, a little earlier in this thread.

Do you now have wobbly beads? You could always say you did it on purpose so they would catch the light in interesting ways with their movements :-)[/quote]

I tried to fix it by pulling a thread through all the backstitches and beading thread on the inside, it looks messy but I'm making a pocket for the inside anyway so no one will be able to see it and the threads won't get tangled.

I just came across this thread and have kind of reviewed the whole thing. WOW! It is a great sentiment for a stitcher. I find it really tempting. The photos I saw are so good. Maybe I'll try to find a copy of the chart. I don't remember if this is a magazine I get. That's pathetic isn't it. I think I used to, but don't anymore. Maybe I can get a back issue. But, I am presently waiting for a wedding sampler kit to show up, and the weddings in Nov. I also have some Christmas stuff, and a couple others long overdue. Thanks for all the different ideas. Gotta go.

Xandra, your bag is beautiful and Kerry, I love the effect of the metallics. Maybe there was method in your madness!

My jute bag arrived today so I'll be able to fix my Stich and Stash patch onto it. Not sure how, just yet, but it'll be done soon! :)

I have finally made a start on this thanks to Social Sue sending me a copy of the chart! I am going all out and using all my special threads and fabrics on this project, as it's all about celebrating stash!!

I plan to use 4 different types of silk, and some cotton as well, though I haven't 100% decided on my colours, especially for the flowers.

Thanks guys! Though the photo doesn't show it very well the fabric is a pale green/yellow colour called angel song. I actually have 3 different types of variegated threads that are all similar in colour to the one I've started to use here, so I'll be stitching with them all on this one to keep with the colour palate but to show off the differences in thread type.

I think this project will be nice and quick to stitch up, though my D&D group are having a big week this week, so hopefully they don't interrupt my stitching time too much.
