Today I received The Castle chart from Coffee-Freak. I'm so pleased to have this in my stash to look forward to starting in the dim and distant future when I've finished my dragon, unicorn and angel.
Thank you, C-F.

Yay, congrats Mabel! I'm so pleased for you.
Got my first subscriber issue of cross stitcher today, which the dog 'kindly' tried to drag out of the letterbox for me

fortunately I got there just in time to rescue it.

Got my issue of CrossStitcher

Love the Margaret Sherry sketchbook design, I'm going to be saving that for when my brother completes his PhD

(should be about 2011...I must remember where I file it...)

My package arrived from 1-2-3 Stitch this morning:
- A white afghan (with 35 squares to stitch!)
- 2 packs of perforated paper (one antique brown, the other white) because I've never tried it before!
- 2 unstitched finished bookmarks (one white, one cream)
- A bunch of variegated DMC flosses
Am well chuffed because even with P&P the whole thing only came to about $45 which is, what, about £25 or something? I thought it an absolute steal, even if I did have to wait a few weeks for it to arrive!

All I got on Friday was a bill, no mail here in Aus on Saturdays,
which is hard to get used to - NZ has Saturday delivery which is so useful when one is running late with a birthday greeting.
Hope you enjoy your new Ott Light Linda, I believe they are really great to use.

a wooden wheelbarrow garden picture cross stitch kit, a pattern of a watering can in a garden setting pattern and some aida fabric, pink and steel grey
I am waiting for a kit - oriental orchids I got from America, and the "beware of the cat" kit from UK. Damn this distance rubbish..I want them all NOW
hmmm, I am sure there was something else. I shall have to double check my list. If not, it will be time to purchase something..a mailbox without new stash is just a waste of a mail box.

Before I left on my vacation I got my Lady of Shalott pattern that I had been waiting (not so patiently) for. I now have 6 or 7 HAED/Mystic Stitch patterns that I want to be working on RIGHT THIS MINUTE, but I really think I should finish some of the stuff I've already got started.
