For those of you that have used the scented flosses before, can you smell the flosses even if you frame the cross stitch behind glass?
I've not framed anything yet - only used them on small items that didn't need framing I would think, however, that you wouldn't be able to smell them behind glass.

I received my stashmas presents yesterday :) I had to go to a karate class last night (I'm sore today) and couldn't get up this morning so haven't had time to post pictures yet but they are beautiful, with a wonderful blue theme (I love blue!) and a fantastic stashmas card and pictures will follow tonight :D

My wonderful stashmas gifts...

Image

The lovely Trylla sent me...
- The perfect stashmas card (sit, stitch and be merry!)
- A postcard from Niagara falls, where she grew up and where I would love to visit
- A lovely stained glass window keyring, I just have to think of where I can use it (possibly at work)
- A beautiful cameo-style needle minder, I have seen and admired similar designs in the past but always thought they were a bit indulgent to buy for myself
- A pack of size 26 needles
- Some hand-dyed 16 count aida in "mystic"
- Gentle art sampler threads in Morning Glory, Blue Jay and Midnight
- Rainbow Gallery Hi-lights threads in white and blue

All in all, I'm thrilled to bits and can't wait to think of something I want to do in those beautiful shades of blue! Thank you so much Trylla, it's absolutely wonderful!

Here is a photo of my Stashmas gift. I got it from someone from Australia but I couldn't make out who. Sorry, dear Sender, would you reveal yourself?

Image

Some DMC thread, among them a variegated one which doesn't show in the photo, bobbins, thread winder, floss organiser, a bead-nabber - all very useful and I didn't have any of them so really happy. The two Christmasy frames will make perfect gifts, too.

Thank you so much!
