I am blown away by this design! I love the detail (blackwork would you call it?) that borders the main design... The whole thing looks amazing! Great work Karen!

Yes it is blackwork that borders the main design and in the lower right corner the blackwork is actually over some cross stitching--very different to work--and in some places got a little tedious but the outcome was well worth it.Nachstenliebe wrote:I am blown away by this design! I did make a few changes to the design--very subtle ones in order for it to fit into a standard size frame. Now to just find the perfect frame for it

Found a nice frame for it and have sent it off--should arrive in plenty of time for their wedding. Here's how it looks framed

Thanks--hubby and I picked it out together--he may not stitch but he does have a good eye for helping me pick out frames
