It's just a complete circlet which goes under my hair at the back. Xander insisted I wear it today (I usually wear a black, plastic one as my hair isn't quite long enough to tie up yet) and it's stayed in place since I put it on at 9.30am and hasn't budged, which is better than I usually get form fabric hairbands - like you mentioned, they usually start slipping off backwards. I'm wondering if the triple crochet has given it a bit of "grip" - LOL!

What kind of book is that? The cover looks promising, but I can only read something with "Witches' Garden" ;)

It's The Real Witches' Garden by Kate West. Full of lovely tips about planting to the lunar phase as well as the seasons. Gorgeous book. :)

Sorry, I'd assumed you'd know :D

It's the one that's just came out. My sub copy arrived on Saturday. Issue 178, p28. It's the On the web feature and it's your Diary of a Domestic Goddess blog. Just a small pic and a few words but it mentions you by name. I was thrilled to bits when I saw it, and I only read your blog :D
