Thank you all for your kind words.I decided to show each picture when it is finished.

Sally, next will be another boat going in an opposite direction (we took the left turn, but here our green "Pegasus" will be turning right.
By now I have finished the boat, now am stitching the bridge behind it. I dont like the background in this design, so will possibly put something greener and brighter next to the bridge. :ratherbe:

Thank you for your kind words. This little lady is on its way to a 1.5 year old lady as a "surprise" present to be turned into a cushion. If you remember, I stitched one girl from this series last winter, so this will be the second cushion for the same young lady for whom the stork with a baby and the kittens in the bookcase were.

Aww she is so sweet and beautifully stitched  :applesauce:

I had a thick cut out paper doll book back in the 1980's that my mum bought me, she looked just like your little lady, I remember sitting at the top of the stairs upset that I could not use the scissors properly, and bless her my big sister (I was about 6 she was about 9) sat there for hours cutting them all out for me, I loved playing with her, the little girl receiving your cushion is very lucky indeed Lyudmila. :D

Image I wish I could make such things myself. This is a present from my friend Jean. Some day I will show you a photo of my 60th birthday present from her- a masterpiece of a quilt! She is a living proof that talented people are talented in everything.
