Got two things from ebay. A bookmark using the dmc colour variations which i hope to do for a friends birthday next week. And another bookmark on plastic canvas of a giraffe for my son for Christmas. Have never done plastic canvas but quite liked the idea after seeing one done on here. I think it was Daz who did one of Winnie the Pooh.

60 skeins of DMC that I got from ebay. Only needed about 28 to finish kitting up my next project, but thought would fill in some gaps in my thread collection.

Slinky -those french books look lovely, think I may just add them to my wish list :D

It was an Eeyore bookmark for my step-daughter ... and it's STILL not finished

However, I really liked working with the plastic, so got myself a couple of A4 sheets of it from Hobbycraft, and I intend to make some family Xmas cards with removable tree decorations on the front

Last day of choc?????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*Is horrified at the thought*
Can't you just use some large safety pins to allow for chocolate enrichment (widening) issues?

What a great bargain! (Wedding dress).
As to the chocolate fountain, I guess that just about, almost makes up for lack of choccy until the big day ... sort of ... :choc:

When I came home from Austria, the bobbins from Mabel were waiting for me in my post box, and she also sent me a magazine full of lovely Christmas charts. Thank you, Mabel, you are so sweet!

I also got the friendship exchange from Murmured. Thank you!
