My eldest is eight today . How did that happen?!!! I made her a card and of course it had to be a Mabel special. .
The poor thing had her first day in the junior department today. The first day back at school has always been at least the day after her birthday, but I suppose the first day back falling on her birthday had to happen eventually . She's having a swimming party this Saturday though, so she'll get two birthdays this year, just like the Queen!!!
A beautiful special card for sure! Hope her first day back at school was a good one, especially since it is her birthday.

I missed the anniversary card first time round -- that is so beautiful and appropriate in your colour scheme, and the gold backing really sets it off!
