I got a lovely little suprise the other morning, as some of you know, I won a Forever Friends kit off ebay... that came the other morning and I wasn't expecting it for a week or so with it still being the Christmas period!

I also got two lovely books from Rose this morning: 'Cross-Stitch Cards' by Sharon Welch's and 'Making Gifts in Counted Cross-Stitch' by Jana Hauschild. I have had a little nosy in these books and theres some lovely designs... More things to add on my do stitch list  Thanks once again Rose

I got some pretty miniature frames from America, they're for MIL's 2010 Christmas present -- if I've finished 2009's by then!

Actually a few days ago I received my order from Herschners. A lovely box that was on clearance--Christmas 2010 gift for dear friend, 2 yds of 14ct Aida, also really good price and 29 Anchor cotton floss. DH inquired whether I now had all the colors. I have all the colors for Thistle Stop but I am still about 40 to 50 short of all Anchor colors.

The next day I received a fabric order for the quilter side of me. That was 11 yds bought with a Christmas gift certificate.

Still waiting on another Hershner's order.

:thinks: I think they're taking the Mickey here... :thinks:

I'm afraid 110 is as high as they go, unfortunately :-)

I got the 2010 Cross Stitch a Day Calendar and 2010 Crochet Stitch a Day calendar. And for work I got the Pearls Before Swine (cartoon) daily calendar. Now I shouldn't have a problem knowing what day it is, right?

I got a pack of TWO water erasable pens from ebay  ready to start gridding for my HAED! These look more like a felt pen type thing and are much more like what I was expecting. :D
The broken one was a 'hemline' one (I saw one on ebay and recognised the packaging) which I won't be buying again. :x
