Well I got this back from the framers and am really pleased. (For some reason the colours look washed out in this picture.
It was stretched, laced , framed with a double mat and non reflective glass all for £34 which seems very good to me.

It's a beautifully stitched piece, so pretty and peaceful, and what a fantastic gift!

And as for the price of framing...sounds like a bargain to me. I converted the pounds to US dollars and I've spent twice that at times with no matting. Well done.

An amazing job with the stitching and framing!! :applesauce:
Did you get a different colour for the inside mat? It looks beige or pink-ish to me.

A great picture and framed so well. You got an excellent price on framing I've just had my mirabilia Santa framed and it cost me almost £70!

Well I have finally persuaded myself to do some stitching.
I have added a new project into my rotation which is from a magazine series of heart from around the world. I have started doing the Egyptian one.

Sorry about the blurry photo. Have come to the realize that the problem with my photos is not my camera or my phone but me. Since being ill I can't hold anything completely still as the chemo affected my nerves. So you will have to be patient with my less that good photos. Hopefully they give the general idea.
