Yes, I wish I could afford framing it, I will have to see what options there are. But if it is too expensive (very possible), I will hang it on a bellpull hanger, and wash it once in a while.
It seems I am going to have some more private students in the evenings, which means a bit more money, so perhaps I can save for the frame.
Also, I have never really framed anything but I am going to try and learn - maybe I can do it on my own. But I really want it to be beautiful.

I'm following you around today, Agi! I've not done as much on this as Agi has, but I do agree that doing all the blue in this latest piece is the best way to tackle the section (great minds...! :D ) Here is my latest on the BoInk:

Such a wonderful piece to do. It really is looking great. Both of these are different but so impressive in there own way. I love it. :applesauce:

It's so beautiful, Serinde! Your using Aida makes it a bit smoother somehow, if you know what I mean. I love working on linen but sometimes I feel my stitches are not as even as they are on other pieces.
I have been comparing our two pieces, and I think we choose very similar colours, though, didn't we?

By the way, don't you all have a feeling that the one in the left bottom corner, the pale blue looks like it is unfinished? To me it seems a bit different from the other parts. I was thinking of stitching a line around it or something... Can't decide. I will wait until the last two installments are done and see the overall effect first.

That's interesting, Agi, I just showed your and Serinde's update to DH and he was impressed and liked them very much but said the bottom left-hand corner stood out from the rest. Not sure what you could do about it though -- the thing that springs to mind is backstitch but as the rest is all in full cross stitch somehow I don't think that would look quite right. As I've got the whole thing in my cross stitch program I may play around with it a bit before I start on the whole thing...
