Thank you all!!!! :D

Hello Rebeccashelly, I don't think I've gotten round to say hi yet. Welcome to the forum :D I enjoy getting to know others here, so thank you! It seems as if there's actually a few students on the forum :P Good to relate!! FOUR MONTHS  wow, that's a LONG time!! Lucky girl!! hope you enjoyed them thoroughly!! :D I know its hard to find time inbetween, but for me, I can't study for more than 3 or 4 hours straight before my concentration gets a little weary, that's when a pic up my stitching (or crafts) and only work on them for 5 to 10 mins. It's a good break, helps stress releave, and makes you feel refreshed! After only a few minutes, then you awake and motivated for studying/working further :D Maybe you could try that when you start uni - progress is slow, but it's beneficial towards the effectiveness of your studies, stress and enjoyment too!!
(My mom jokes, and says I'm lying to myself about the effective studying, haha, but she knows it true, the few minutes really help! :) )

:D That could be interesting!! My brother does enjoy speed from time to time :D – luckily he is rather responsible, but I can’t talk for the mouse!!

Hey!! I'm finally back :D :D very happy!!!

I didn't get much stitching done during my exam time, as I was making beaded chair tie backs for my cousin's wedding in my breaks instead of stitching :P

But here is a slight update:

The puppy in Hi Mom, only needs the eye and snout, then it's onto the mommy.
Image

I usually like to finish projects before moving onto the next. I do small projects - so that is do-able without getting too tired with the one piece. But my friend is expecting a baby boy, his name will be david and she is decorating his room with snoopys!! (a doggie character) :D
So despite the fact that Hi Mom isn't finished yet, it will be in rotation with this design:
Image

I started on the snoopy design this morning and this is my start (I've also done some of the white on the snoopy, but can't really see it on the pic against the white aida):

Apologies for the poor pictures and somewhat different colours, my phone doesn't take the best photos

Oh my gosh, Snoopy! That is such a cute sampler, Smiley. It is indeed very hard to find stitching time when going to school. I'm *still* working on a birth sampler for my friend's baby. ...She was born in October.

After I get my Christmas stitching and wrapping out of the way, I'll have to finish that and move on to Simon's sampler.

Charmed - I've never been sure, but is that dog playing the guitar in your thumnail snoopy too?? :P

Lynn - I'm not a particular fan for stitching things with due dates for the simple fact that they are hardly ever finished on time :? So I wish you all the best with your pending birth sampler for you friend:D
And enjoy the christmas stitching and wrapping and all the fun festive things!!

No its not Snoopy, but now that you mention it they do look sort of the same. The dog in my avatar is KK Slider a character from the Nintendo game Animal Crossing, a game I used to play a lot on my DS, but since my DS broke his DS he uses mine to play his Pokemon games and I dont get a look in!!
