Tookie...the exchange is still open for sign up and I went back and checked- there's nothing in the rules about how long you've had to be a member. You can check with Charmed, the person who started the thread to confirm if you'd like. I really think all you need to do though is copy the latest list of people who joined and make a reply post that adds your name .

wow a big sign up may take a while to get around to everyone so I best get moving. Valb messaged me to say that as the last round was misplaced by post office she would donate some charts to this round to kick off. So I will keep the sign up open for a few more days and sort the list out to posting preferances. Hopefully Valbs charts will have arrived then I can add mine and thenl ship charts off to whoever gets picked

If there are any mistakes I apologise, I realised as I was working out the list that no one put there own countrys on so I had to sort of guess.
So when the postperson brings your grab bag, PM the next person on the list for their address and please post onwards within a few days of receiving it. That way hopefully the people towards the bottom of the list wont have to wait too long.

Please check the list and make sure I havent missed anybody.
I was also thinking that there might be a time limit to reply to the message asking for their address. It would seem a shame to have to wait for an address only to have no reply or a very late one, as this would hold up the exchange. What does everyone else think.

Say 3 or 4 days? It sounds like a good safegard to try and prevent some of the issues that there were with the previous exchange
