Great progress Agi! You've got the tension right on now! I expect it's because you find it relaxing to do.

Well, finally, I got down to photographing the felted little bag I made. It is a shame that again I forgot to take a picture before felting.

Actually, it was a nice bag then.
So this is what it looks now, quite funny, don't you think? It has shrinked to about a half of its original size. Also, it is really thick. Stephen said it would do as a helmet, but it is too small for my head
The knitted bag (from the same yarn) had to be washed 3 times to become felted, and didn't shrink this much even then.
To show you how small it has become, here are some more pictures.
I can hardly fit in three balls of yarn. It will be good to keep some small crochet project, though
I am thinking some crocheted flowers might make it look even funnier.

That's a good idea. I might ask my friend's little daughter if she likes it

You're having great progress Agi. I just learned crochet last February, I think, and now, I'm so much addicted to it.

What fabulous projects Agi and the bags are amazing. Love the jewellry too - would never have thought of doing that.
Having ssaid that though I cam across a crocheted flower on a stem with a leaf which had been stiffened somehow and had a brooch pin mounted on it and it couldbe worn on dress or blouse

Thank you.
I put them on my blog as well and tried to write my first ever crochet "tutorial" or pattern just from memory - because I made most of them without a pattern, just experimenting. Except the flowers, they were made using video tutorials on youtube. I think Kell suggested one of them.
And I forgot to add how very grateful I am for the yarn I am using. A couple from the choir brought me a big shopping bag full of leftover yarn from the time when they had a machine knitting business long ago. Most of them is thin acrillyc, but these blue cotton yarns were among them too, and they are so good to crochet with! Thank you Helga and Csaba!

You're going from strength to strength with your crochet, Agi. Excellent work.

I'm impressed that you're already doing all this without following a pattern

I made another of the little bags, not fully ready, just the crochet part. And I wrote my first ever crochet tutorial, it´s on my blog if you want to see.

Cool bags! I bet they'll love them. You've made so many nice little projects. That may help for your new class.
The hair things are called "scrunchies" over here.
