Great project, I grew up in michigan but have never had a chance to visit any of the lighthouses. Still have family there may need to put that on my wish list :)

Thank you everyone for the encouragement.. this last one has just been a bear.

I'm at work now.. will post photos when I get home. But I screwed up about half way through the last one, Rock of Ages, dads favorite (and also the one he will look at the most!)

For the latest development in this comedy of errors.. I stitched about half the lighthouse in the wrong shade of white! B5200 vs. 000
I stitch most often over my lunch hour at work. I work with my father, so I can no longer work on Lighthouses during the day so I really only work on this on the weekends. The project I stitch at work is Cardinal Christmas Ball by AAN. I am stitching that in all white, B5200.
I have one tool box (scissors, pencils, threaders, etc) so that is the only cross over between Lighthouses at home and Cardinals at work. In said tool box there were 3 lengths of white floss, which I thought was the white (000) I had been using all weekend on Lighthouses. I was about half way done with the all white lighthouse.. where the newly stitched part met a previously stitched part.. only to realize I was using B5200 instead of 000
 :anotherfrog:  :anotherfrog: :anotherfrog: :anotherfrog:

Bummer about the mistake - but they are looking fantastic! I think the black roof looks way better than the red as well, good call.
