Lovely to see the tiger so close to completion - I can't wait for the final picture.
Your Hardangar is lovely, so neat and pretty colours. I love the rose too, a beautiful picture and a lovely idea.

Thank you all for your lovely and very kind comments. I can report that I am ready to do Tiger's whiskers and the french knots. I am waiting until tomorrow to start, when the light is better. You have all helped me get to this point, thank you

..I never thought it would take me three years to complete. I loved stitching this for Richard, but there were times I could not see any progress at all because there were so many colour changes. It has ,ultimately, been worth every stitch though.

Here he is..at last

I saw the frame last week in Hobbycraft, and knew it was the one for this project. I framed him myself, as this is Richard's graduation gift and I wanted to do all of it. Although a framer may have been able to just pull out the bottom left corner I didn't want to risk the whole picture ending up slightly distorted.
Richard loves him and although the tiger was nearly a 25th birthday present for Rich

he said this morning it had been well worth the wait. That will do for me.
..and once again thank you so much for your support while I have been stitching this design. This is a grrreat forum
