Looking great! It's easy to get distracted and work with different colours. I will do all one colour on smaller pieces, but don't trust my counting on larger pieces like yours! Too much frogging in the past.

Well, I might have to put the cross stitching on hold. When I woke up this morning my wrists were a mess and I worry I'm doing too much damage to them. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Also a question. My browser resizes these pictures to fit in the browser window so they are not unreasonably huge. Does everyone else's browser do that as well or should I be resizing these photos before I post them here?

I love this pattern so pretty and your doing marvelously with it as for the sore wrists sorry to hear that and hope they don't keep you from stitching for too long. have a cuppa and here's hoping you'll be right back at (and not just for the purely selfish reasons of wanting to see this continue to develop - so pretty - nope not just for that reason)

sorry to hear your wrists are bad, used to suffer from RSI myself and it certainly put paid to my stitching for a long time, hope yours gets better soon, as you are doing such q lovely job of the kimono

As for the pics, I tend to resize them beforehand because if you let the browser do it, people's computers still have to download the very big pic, which on a slowish connection (like mine sometimes is, even though it's broadband) can take a long time

Hope your wrists feel better soon. Do you know if it's related to your posture at all? If I'm not careful and I'm kind of hunched I get wrist pain too. I feel a lot of relief if I lay flat for about 1/2 hour on a bed. Have your tied that? Still take it easy on stitching for a while though!

Sorry to hear your wrists are giving you pain. It's frustrating when all you want to do is stitch, isn't it.

Love the colours on this, just SO pretty. It must be lovely to stitch.

For pictures, I'd agree with Mabel, so I generally resize mine to around 350/400, incase others have a problem with downloading them.
It also prevents any difficulty with them stretching the pages wider as well, so you don't have to keep scrolling to see.

Sorry I haven't been posting here. I keep forgetting! I guess I'm just not in the proper SAL spirit yet. But I do have several updates. I hope the changes can be seen, some of them aren't that obvious due to being pale pinks. I'm so close to done with the foreground!
