Wow- I cannot believe its been almost a month since my last update. I feel like I flew through this in the beginning.. and then Easter happened and my sister was here for a week.. haven't had much stitchy time. But, well, here she is.
I haven't decided if I will continue to stitch this in all white.. or stitch the "swirl fillers" in silver as I had originally planned. There are supposed to be all sorts of bits and bobs to fill the swirls.. stars, hearts, balls, diamonds, leafy shapes. Or maybe I will just leave them off all together if it will make it look too busy. Yet again.. I can never stitch something exactly as it is charted. I am such a rebel

It's nice when a designer is completely in tune with yourself, but if they aren't, well, isn't it wonderful that we've got the sort of hobby where we can make changes so that the end product fully reflects our taste and personality?

Here's the latest update. All the swirls are done and I am trying to decide what to do next. So.. it will be on hold for a bit.
I have silver Treasure Braid if I want to fill in the swirls in silver. Or I can stitch them in all white (I've done a few to see if I like it) Or perhaps a white thread with silver specks... so I get a hint of bling. I have to go to the stitchy store and see what my options are. My aunt convinced me this weekend to enter it in the State Fair this year.. so now I am really thinking about how I want to finish stitching it.

I think you have a winner there for sure. I can't wait to see what you decide to do next.

Just my 2 cents worth.
