Hi All,
It's been a while since I updated here. I finished a second page (or page 8 to those who have the pattern) at the end of January.
and have got a fair way through my third page (or page 4 to those who have the pattern!)
But now I need to stop so that I can complete a new project for a colleague. I'll start another SAL for that one...

Great update Flo! I haven't stitched on mine since August

- I hope to get a few WIPs finished and then get down to business on it! Your pics are beautiful - great to see an almost complete Tardis!

amazing work!! this is so great to see, I have just literally just printed out the chart to "read". But alas I have some other projects lined up first before I can even think about this one! think I will slowly start kitting it up for the future! Hope mine will be as neat as yours x

Loving your progress on this. I have this one as well, I think it will be my next start after a finish on one of my WIP's. My OH really wants me to do it for him

Thanks for all the lovely comments.
I think my main problem with this chart is deciding which colour to do next. I've always been a "cross-country" stitcher following the shade until I run out of thread or the next stitch is too far away but I seem to spend a lot of time thinking "well if i do that colour then I can do these 2 areas of this colour" and such like! It really slows you down!

Interesting notion on why you feel it's growing slower. I hope your other project goes quickly so I can see more of this one!

Can't believe it's so long since I posted an Update on this!
Back at the end of August I finished the 3rd page (well technically page 4 of the design!)
And a week ago I finished a 4th page (actually page 3!)
I don't think I'll be doing much more on it this year as I've just quit my job and started a full time MSc in Biomedical Science and studying is going to take over my life I think!

Thanks for all the lovely comments! And for the good luck wishes!
Fizzbw I'm hoping that this qualification will get me access to a 2 year Radiotherapy course then I'll be qualified to give radiation treatments for cancer patients. It's going to be a tough few years but hopefully it'll be worth it!
I hope to keep doing some stitching but probably smaller projects that are easier to complete...
