Right I'm having a break from biggies and I thought I would stitch another of these cuties. This time I'm going to stitch the yorkie. Here is what he should look like...



And here is my small start from yesterday evening...



I thought I would stitch all the stitches of each colour at a time, just to make this interesting and maybe make the border a bit more fun to stitch!

great start. He is so cute. These must be a lot of fun to stitch. I have had charts that said to stitch all of one color first and then the next. I've never done it that way and will be interested in hearing how you like it.

I'm in love! I'm in love! I'm in love! As I said before, I have a little Yorkie who is the love of my life (well after taking my husband into account!) They can be irascible little creatures that can out stubborn anybody and their idea of property rights is hilarious, but mine is my constant, loyal, and loving best friend. I'm going to love watching you stitch this!

Time for an update..

Here he is just two colours....


and then four colours..


My daughter is picking which order I do the colours, she laughed at the last pic because she said that she could see the dog even though he isn't actually there yet.....she calls him a ghost dog atm!!

I have done a bit more than this but my camera seems to be playing up again...so will try to post another photo maybe tomorrow.

@ Raine...My aunt has a yorkie too and she is such a whirlwind she makes me dizzy just watching her, but she is just adorable even when she is springing around the room from the floor, to someone's chest, to someone else's head, to a chair and back to the floor again!! Mind you she is still a puppy though
