He is so adorable! I'm amazed at how much you were able to get done in such a short period of time! You're a speed stitcher!

So to start things off here is tonights progress, since i managed over 1100 stitches in it tonight.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. They give me lots of motivation to keep stitching, just hope i can finish page one in the next few days so i can get onto my main wips for this year.

I had to go back and quote this. 1100 stitches in one night? Holy smoke!!! I'd love to know your secret. Or perhaps no one else is so shocked at this, or maybe I'm just a slow stitcher!
It looks great, by the way, he's so adorable! :applesauce:

With tent stitching i find it very easily done, without to much thought, when i do it in cross stitch ( which seems to only be during a IHSW (international hermit stitching weekend) i amaze myself. LOL. The most i have done in full cross stitch in a day is a little over 1300, and that was basically a full days cross stitch, all except for making dinner, and a few its and pieces here and their. Thus why it only is my IHSW i seem to do it, as those are my days.LOL. with tent stitch , i can do around 300 - 500 in a solid hour ( depending on if it is blocks or confetti) of stitching , this means no tv or distractions. Also having lengths of all the colours i need in my makshift plastic thread holder, with symbols next to each colour makes it quick to identify and thread the needle
