Have finished the first colour of backstitch so thought I'd provide a quick update pic before I start the next colour




And also here is a picture of the back of the piece - I'm really rather pleased with this!
I have used the loop method to start each thread for the first time on this piece and I love how much easier it is and how much neater the result is too! ESPECIALLY on that confetti!!

Also I read the post about the loop start from the front too and boy, has that made my life easier!

Great start on the backstitching and I must say that the back of the stitching is looking great too!! Very neat!!

The backstitch really brings the bears to life. I think the cute smiles help a lot. And a very neat back as well. I love the loop method and use it as often as i can. Haven't tried the front loop yet but plan to try it too.

This is really pretty design and your stitching is beautiful (back and front!). I always do the backstitch as I go on designs like these, but this way you can really see how the BS brings the design to life right before your eyes. Look forward to your next update.
