Wow, so beautiful!!! It's nice to see someone who doesn't leave the detailing all for the end. I usually do on my Dimensions kits and it's such a PITA! haha!

Oh wow this is such a beautiful design. I've looked at this one a couple times myself but can't buy it. The wife is afraid of butterflies. Can't believe you're almost done. Looks like the background is done in half stitches?

Wow that is beautiful. The butterflies seem to just pop off the fabric, almost 3 dimensional. I can't wait to see the finished product!

I did it! I resisted the temptation to start something new and stuck with the rest of this one to the end! I actually loved working on it with just the right amount of challenge. I finished it about a week and a half ago with all but the French Knots and the gold thread border. I'm getting ready to leave on a 9-day camping trip tomorrow so I really wanted to finish it up and post a pic on here before I go!



Here's a few close-ups...





If you look closely you can see the thin gold border that's couched on. I have only couched one other time and didn't have good luck so I was nervous about it. It worked out fine and is very subtle but in the right light add a nice sparkle!
