I did this piece in hand. I started it before I ever heard of this helpfull forum and knew the existence of frames other then hoops (and I hate hoops).
I started my Ara's with a qsnap, and will never go back to in hand stitching, even if I am much much much faster that way.

This was a complete kit from Lanarte. It came with 14 count Aida, so that is what I made it on.
