Ooh tricky! Do you use a magnifying glass for those? I don't see why they have to use such similar symbols... seems they could figure a way to make each one more distinguishable. But having never attempted to design anything of my own I best keep my opinions to myself. :oops:

Finally its starting to look like something.....

Waiting to get other colours to carry on this part of the cross stitch.
but will be carrying on with the rest of it in the mean time.

This is an amazing amount of work. I looked at it for a long time and I can't find the face yet :doh: but I am never good at those puzzels were you have to find the hidden pictures in the bigger picture. I could never Find Waldo. :cry:

thanks everyone.
Been trying to do a little everyday.

When I get the missing colours I'll "colour" in the missing parts but as for now I'll be carrying on with the colours I have.

I buy colours as I can afford them.
This budget of mine doesn't really allow for hobbies but I squeeze it out every now and again. And next month is my birthday so hoping to get some spending money or vouchers for pressies from inlaws/outlaws/hubby. :wink:

If you cannot see it stand up and walk back abit. You'll see his mostache first and his nose. :wink:

I see him!!! I must show this to my hubby, he has a carved LOTR chess set, Treebeard is one of them, except he is white, being a good guy and everything :D
