Well I love that Koala trio...who wouldn't! A worthy cause indeed as the devastation to animal and human life is beyond comprehension to those not used to regular large fires.
As for those Roses! Well I know how you love flowers and that Golden Rose kit is just amazing!
You are either going to have to give up work ( but then you wouldn't be able to afford to stitch! ) or stay up all night stitching!!
These Koalas are adorable and it is helping Australia too. It is a win/win.
Gorgeous roses, Nicola. You have a busy stitching schedule for 2020

I thought I spotted a familiar shape in the book Mabel, it wasn't till I was reading your FoF that I recognised the forum's resident Unicorn!
Seeing them side by side on FoF, it shows how well you are stitching him and the embroiderers of yesterday would be proud of your work. I love Hengest's expression and his spotty dotty pastel colourway. He must be suitably proud of his heritage

That made me curious - I wonder what it said ?
And thank you for your kind comments on Hengest - yes, he is very proud of having an ancestor on so grand a piece of embroidery; he has told me that if he didn't have a horn he would be a steed and not just any old horse

Mabel, it was gobbledegook, I had a new tablet last year and switched auto correct off, however following a major update, the tablet keeps putting auto correct on every time I open the tablet, mostly I remember to switch it off before I do anything, but this morning I forgot, it's very annoying.
And of course Hengest would have been a noble steed if he wasn't a Unicorn - I hope he is enjoying a nice long snooze somewhere warm and dry, well out of the way of storm Brendan
Well done for exercising your Civic Duty as well as exercising the dogs!!
Well what else could you do? Dog sitting won't take up all your time so a little Stash acquisition is a great way to pass the time!

’m dog sitting in Cheyenne and had (**HAD**) to stop at the LNS up here. I feel it’s my civic duty to support the local economy.
I am truly impressed by the sacrifice you have made to support the local economy. Something we each need to do more of, I'm sure.
