(Eeyore was grumpy and looked on the bad side. Mr Pooter, on the other hand was a much more complex character, even though he was a comic one. For a very -educational- and sometimes eye-opening read, the 1892 book 'Diary of a Nobody' in which Mr Pooter stars is here:
