Very nice so far Jess :) Its amazing what a little backstitching will do for a project. I just started a mass of flowers and you cant tell them apart. I think i will do the same and backstitch a few also.

I'll have to apologies to my little Wren, he has been neglected for my christmas cards and other things... :oops: Thanks for the comments though, I have progressed quite a bit on this on the left hand side and will take a piccie once I've finished my cards :D

And Jenele, I will say "go for it!!!!!" on doing the backstitch as you go, gives variety to the project, and for me has kept me going on some projects when I probably wouldn't have :)

I finally got back to my Wren recently and here's my progress so far:

Sorry about the image, the fabric isn't blue it's just my silly camera phone :oops:

I brought a frame for this 2 weeks ago from Wilkinsons :D Mum was there and picked it out for me. Was only £4.50 aswell!

I always think that if you have the frame waiting for you to complete the stitching it acts as an incentive to get it done. Lovely project, looking forward to the next update.
